A high card is said to break a tie, especially if multiple players are tied for the highest card. A high card is also a good way to win a pot. Several examples are two fours of the same rank, two straights with the same value, or two fives of the same suit.
The best poker hand is the five of a kind. This is not necessarily the best hand. The best hand in poker is five of a kind if your cards come from a wild card.
In poker, a pair of kings is not a great hand off the deal. A pair of kings is not a good hand, but a pair of kings is not bad off the deal.
There are several other poker hand tricks and tricks. One of them is the highest-ranking hand of cards. This is achieved by placing a bet that no other player calls.
